Building on its proven three-row electric SUV, the 2026 Kia EV9 ramps up the excitement with a new high-performance GT model aiming to break 500 horsepower. The Kia EV9 largely carries over into its third model year, but still delivers meaningful changes. Updates include the addition of the Nightfall Edition package on the Land AWD trim. It features exclusive 20-inch gloss black wheels, black badging, gloss black trim and exterior details, as well as unique interior design elements. It’s offered in 6-passenger and 7-passenger seating configurations as a no-cost option. The Kia EV9 lineup spans six trim levels from the entry-level Light RWD to the performance-oriented GT-Line AWD. Each trim offers distinct battery and powertrain configurations.

Efficiency ratings reach up to 101 MPGe city and 89 MPGe combined for RWD models. AWD configurations achieve up to 94 MPGe city and 84 MPGe combined. Towing capacity reaches 5,000 lbs when properly equipped on Land and GT-Line trims, making the Kia EV9 a capable hauler for electric adventurers.
